This policy is provided in compliance with the requirements of Meta (Facebook) and Microsoft authentication and developer platform policies.

We will process verified deletion requests within 30 business days.

What Happens After Deletion

Once a deletion request is completed:

  • User profile information will be permanently deleted
  • Authentication tokens and linked login credentials will be removed
  • Associated personal data will be erased from active systems
  • Some limited information may be retained temporarily where legally required for compliance, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or security purposes

Third-Party Authentication Providers

Users may also manage permissions directly from:

  • Facebook App Settings
  • Microsoft Account Privacy Settings

Removing app permissions from these platforms will revoke future access authentication.

Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational security measures to protect user information from unauthorized access, misuse, disclosure, or alteration.
